What format are the programs delivered in?

All Balkan Coach programs are delivered as high-quality PDF files. You will receive a download link by email immediately after purchase. You can view and print the PDF on any device — phone, tablet, laptop, or computer.

Do I need any prior yoga experience?

Not at all. Our 3-month and 6-month programs are specifically designed for beginners and those returning to yoga. The 12 and 24-month programs are structured to start from the foundations and progressively advance, making them suitable for all levels.

What equipment do I need?

You will need a yoga mat and comfortable clothing. Many of the practices require no equipment at all. For some intermediate and advanced postures, we recommend optional props such as a yoga block or strap — but these are never required.

What is Premium Support and how does it work?

Premium Support is an optional add-on (€14.95) that gives you priority access to our coaching team via email. Premium Support members receive responses within 24 hours, personalised guidance on their practice, and regular check-ins. What is your refund policy?

Because our products are digital downloads, sales are final once the file has been delivered. However, if you experience a technical issue — a corrupted file, incorrect product, or duplicate charge — we will resolve it promptly.
