Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the digital product has been downloaded or accessed. We are unable to offer refunds on PDF programs that have been delivered electronically.

This is in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, which provides that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content that has been made available and whose execution has begun with the consumer's prior express consent.

Exceptions

We will consider a refund in the following exceptional circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order;
  • The file delivered was corrupted or inaccessible and we were unable to provide a working replacement within 5 business days;
  • A technical error resulted in the wrong product being delivered.

To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase at support@balkan.coach with your order number and a description of the issue.

Premium Support

The Premium Support add-on is a service and is non-refundable once support sessions or communication has begun.
